Get Your Sweat on With This 15 Minute AMRAP, CrossFit Inspired Workout
It's no secret that the CrossFit trend is here to stay. Why? It works. Just ask Gk, co-founder at AMRAP Life. Gk just passed his CrossFit level 1 Trainer and loves all things CrossFit. From the neural-development techniques to the team sport approach to fitness - CrossFit is a way of life for him. In fact, most days you can find Mike and Gk rocking their WOD at the CrossFit2120 box for a killer noon class.
Naturally, when I wanted to create a post that featured a 15 minute AMRAP, CrossFit inspired workout I went to Gk. My goal was to build a workout that you could literally do anywhere. But not just any workout, a workout that would test your limits, leave you drenched in sweat, and get results. Insert the AMRAP Life bodyweight workout.
How it works:
Blast through each move and repeat AMRAP (as many reps as possible) for 15 minutes.
Tips:
Pay attention to your form. Get low on those squats and make sure your weight is in your heels (for more tips on perfecting your squat click, here). Keep your booty low and wrists directly under shoulders for the mountain climbers.
