8 Ingredient Grain-Free Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Sticking to a grain-free diet doesn't mean depriving yourself of traditional holiday faves. Made with pureed pumpkin, honey, and a grain-free pecan-date crust, this tasty pie is a cinch to make and will leave your guests begging for seconds.

8 Ingredient Grain-Free Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Crust Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic toasted pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Olive oil, for greasing pie pan

Pie Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pureed, organic pumpkin
  • 3 tsp natural, pumpkin pie spice of your choice
  • 2 large, cage-free eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Coconut cream, for garnish (recipe, here)


  1. Preheat oven to 475 F.
  2. Lightly grease bottom and sides of pie pan with olive oil and dust with coconut flour. 
  3. Pulse pecans and cinnamon in a food processor until crumbly. 
  4. Press  peace mixture firmly into the bottom of a glass pie plate rubbed with olive oil and lined with parchment paper to form the crust.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients (pumpkin, spice, honey, eggs) and mix thoroughly. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 475 and then lower temperature to 350 for another 30 – 40 minutes or until pump[kin mixture sets.
  7. Garnish with coconut cream just before serving.
  8. Enjoy!
