Creamy Avocado Dip
I never really liked avocado until my brother-in-law introduced me to his "guacamole" recipe at his birthday party. It was creamy, delicious and was the hit of party. This is my homage to that party favorite, which has become one of my post workout favorites, because of the amazing protein content and healthy fats that keep you full even after a 20 minute AMRAP.
- 4 avocados
- 4 tbsp salsa
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4-6 tbsp jalapeno chips
- 2 tsp lime juice
- Pit, peel and mash avocado in a small bowl
- add salsa, cream cheese, jalapeno chips and lime juice
- Mash mixture until well blended, with a slightly chunky texture
Service with your favorite nacho chips or crackers. I suggest Snack Factory Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper Pretzel Chips... a deadly addictive combination that I would eat all day, every day.
