Pineapple Coconut Protein Smoothie

- 1 lime (zested and juiced)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple pieces
- 1 scoop Primal Kitchen's Collagen Fuel Protein Mix, Vanilla Coconut
- 1/4 cup shaved unsweetened coconut
- Blend lime zest and juice, coconut milk, pineapple, protein mix, shaved coconut, and 1 cup ice until smooth.
- Divide into glasses and serve immediately.
