Vanilla Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie
Combining carbohydrates from the banana and protein from the almond milk and yogurt makes this smoothie perfect for breakfast, or for a workout recovery treat. One thing is for sure: this vanilla, banana, oat breakfast smoothie will keep you satisfied and bursting with energy.
Vanilla Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 5 crushed almonds
- 1/2 cup (more or less as needed) ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth (about 1 min)
- Serve and enjoy immediately!
